Initial Itinerary Proposal

Based on your input, we’ll create and share a rough draft of the itinerary.
Planning Deposit
(¥50,000, non-refundable)

After we receive your form, we’ll email a secure payment link. The deposit will be credited toward your 30% booking payment if you proceed.
Fine-Tuning &
Site Inspection (Optional)

We’ll refine the plan together; if needed, we can do a joint inspection of key tour sites.
Online Meeting

Once the deposit is received, we’ll schedule a video call to understand your needs and preferences.
Booking & Operations

If you approve, pay 30% upfront (minus the ¥50,000 deposit) to confirm. The remaining balance is due 90 days before the tour. We’ll then handle all on-the-ground operations in Japan.
