Connect directly with local fishermen, organic farmers, and livestock producers. Day 1 Arrival and Welcome Dinner

Afternoon : Meet our local guide at Zushi station. Free transportation to your hotel.

Check-in: Settle into your accommodation, relax, and prepare for an immersive culinary experience.

Evening: Enjoy a Welcome Dinner, where you’ll meet your local guide and get a taste of local cuisine prepared by a local chef.

Day 2 Fishing Port, Farm Visits, and Cooking Experience

6:30 AM - Hotel Pickup: Start the day early with a pickup from your hotel.
7:00 AM - Fishing Port Visit: Head to Nagai Fishing Port, the second biggest port in Kanagawa. Normally, only those involved would have access, but this time we've prepared a special, exclusive tour. Observe the unloading of fresh seafood and witness the live fish auction. If possible, participate in selecting ingredients for your evening meal.

- Farm Visit: SHO Farm: Travel to SHO Farm, an organic farm known for its sustainable farming practices. Learn about their philosophy and hand-pick fresh vegetables for your meal.

- Chicken Farm Visit: Visit Chikicheeta Farm, a small free-range chicken farm, where you’ll gather fresh eggs and learn about their eco-friendly practices.

- Lunch: Enjoy a locally-sourced lunch at a nearby restaurant, featuring fresh ingredients from the region.

- Ishii Wagyu Farm Visit: Explore Ishii Farm, where you’ll learn about their cattle farming practices and select high-quality wagyu beef for your dinner.

4:00 PM - Cooking and Dinner: Return to a kitchen where you’ll cook together with locals, using the seafood, vegetables, eggs, and beef gathered throughout the day.

Day 3 Departure and Optional Activities

Morning Check-out: After breakfast, check out from your accommodation.

For your stay, you’ll be hosted at Minato no Akari, a charming seaside inn located in the peaceful coastal town of Hayama. This boutique inn offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and traditional Japanese aesthetics.
