We’ve curated routes loved by locals, combining them with must-see cultural highlights. After working up a sweat, unwind in an onsen with spectacular views. In the evening, if you still have energy, join us for a tour of local bars.

Our guide

DSC03618.jpg

Kota Yaguchi

We propose a new type of touring.
It is a tour that is good for all four sides.

Good for Seller(Guide/shop/hotel/us etc.). Good for the buyer(Dearest customer). Good for the community(Locals). And Good for the environment(Nature).

Before, the trend for tourism has been designed to take large numbers of people to tourist destinations and have lacked consideration for the people who live there.
But that is not sustainable tourism.

Welcoming the people we really want to invite. Not forcing a large number of people to come. Make sure that the money is spent in the local community. Use the money for employment and nature conservation. And leave the beautiful nature for the next generation.
This is the way of tourism we are aiming for.

We hope you feel our vision by experiencing our tours.

BIO

Born in Yokohama, Kanagawa in 1989. Founder and CEO of Japan Adventures Co.

As a boy, he spent his days building a secret base in the mountains behind his house, fishing for crawfish, and playing with nature on his own. Later, the hills behind his house became a residential area, and he felt the loss of nature as the years went by.

Later, he`s gotten into baseball and at age of 15, he decided to spend three years in high school in Florida, U.S.A. by himself to become an MLB player. He returned to Japan for college and fell in love with American football this time. After graduation, he worked for 4 years as a corporate sales representative for a major IT company.
He has been playing sports ever since he can remember, but he fell into a lack of exercise while working at the company, and breakup with his girlfriend dated for 5 years caused him depressed.

Feeling that physical exercise is the key to a rich life, he started his own business.
He launched "offispo," a welfare program that allows office workers to play sports in the office in their spare time. He also started an international sports school for children.
In 2023, he traveled to Costa Rica and was astonished by its thriving ecotourism.
During the coronavirus pandemic, he traveled throughout Japan and reconfirmed the wonders of nature in Japan, which was connected to his experience in Costa Rica.
He immediately began to take action and studied hard for the first time since his junior high school entrance exams to take the national examinations required to establish a tour company. In October 2023, he passed the national exam and established Japan Adventures Co.
He is now busy conveying the charms of Japan.
His latest dream is to produce 10 million yen players in the tourism industry.
